Offset. I appreciate less heat and voltage when idling.

Offset, because it makes me paranoid when I see 1,35v voltage while my computer is idling. Idletemps are 5-8c lower too.

Fixed since I'm always running a decent load; but I've been using offset for a while now mostly because I got a higher clock with a lower voltage versus manual/fixed.

There is another way : Manual VCore plus Additional Turbo voltage thumb.gif
I found this is weary useful if you are not overclocking maniac. with this i reach sweet 1.136V for 3.8 GHz and amazing maximum 65 degrees Celsius on 29 ambient cryingsmiley.gif. if you are thinking is not something just try your machine on default 32 multiplier with turbo enabled.
