If I run 400 DPI and 6/11 windows sens, is there ANY difference between that and 1800 DPI and 3/11 windows sens? Will my mouse be more accurate due to higher DPI? That is the real question here.

The deathadder should function better at 1800 DPI anyway (iirc higher PCS), but that's if you really need it that high anyway. 400 DPI should be fine. And there shouldn't be any noticeable difference when using the slider. Try it. I couldn't feel the difference and I play on 42cm/360. And it won't be any more accurate because of the loss of counts, so input should be interpreted similarly.
