will it still work fine? i have silicone to seal it up. (or superglue)

need something to chill my water loop. i have a spare H60 that i might use with a waterblock on the other side.
im planning on dumping 50-80watts in there depending.

Just seal it up imo and try it, what's the worst that happens? Your CPU should shut down before damage ensues, just be sure to insulate the CPU if you're not controlling the thing or condensation will form, definitely at idle.
