EDITED turns out Sapphire likes to put their LLC options backwards to confuse you!
Here are my new GOOD settings, 4.2ghz 1.2875vcore I mean I bought this board on purpose lol....
now thats more like it!
and i was stable at 4ghz 1.2vcore flat.

Ok I've made a new rock solid stable OC although only 4.2ghz i'm kind of happy with it.
settings:
It seems even with this hot weather I have another 10c of headroom for this specific chip. I7 950 D0 bloomfield safe max operating temp is 85c
the thing is when i go to a 23 multi for a 4,6ghz the chip wants me to give it 1.575vcore
I'm not sure if that is safe even if my tempuratures are. So I've decided to stay away from that.
What do you think? b(^_^)b I think it's a pretty good result for an I7 950.
