Crucial Ballistix DDR500

I just ordered Crucial's Ballistix DDR500 memory. In cpuz it says its only running at 245.9 mhz. I was wondering what i have to do to get it to 250. My timings are set to 3-4-4-8 (which are the reccommeded timings) and 1T. In the Bios my memory is set to ddr500. I just want to know how to get the memory right. Thanks.

I think that when they say what the memory\\clock speed is, they round it up a little bit

ex: My P4 is supposevly a "1.7GHz" but in CPU-Z it says its 1680 (Meaning 1.68 )something..

I have the exact same memory as you, don't worry cpu-z just isn't reading the speed compltely accurately. Try pushing your timings down to 3-3-3-8, it handles it no probs and it is a pretty noticable speed boost
