Asus G73Jh-Rbbx05 Problem Installing 4th stick of RAM

I've been having problems trying to install 2 more gb of RAM to make the total 8gb in my AsusG73jh-rbbx05. There are three visible Dimm Slots with the 4th one empty. When I place the 2gb ddr3 RAM stick at a 45 degree angle and it clicks in the slot, the RAM doesn't stay locked in. It seems to just slide out of the socket.

Are you certain that it is fully seated in the slot?

The RAM stick appears to be fully seated inside the top slot, it doesn't go in any further. However, it won't stay secured inside as it just comes out loose. The DIMM slot doesn't appear to have any physical defects or damages to it. I installed the RAM using the 45 degree method placement like I was told, and it seemed perfectly normal up that point.
