What to do with this case!

Hmmm.

Try and mount a big (>200mm) fan to the side where the window is. Will be silent and not too expensive.

Also try and prop a 120/140mm fan in front of the HDD trays?

I was thinking of cutting out the whole HDD rack, they can fit in a 3.5 bay, then cut out 2 of the 5.25 drives to put in a second PSU! I also plan to put in 3 120mm fans on the bottom (all blowing up, also great for future WC-ing) then in the open space between the two PSU's will be a 120MM Fan blowing out I will also keep the back 120mm fan blowing out. I also am planning on meshing the front 5.25's and the 3.5's drive covers.

Tell me if you would change anything...

My opinion, Ditch the tacky center fan window and cut the metal out to make it a full square window.
Make sure the case has enough strength in it for two PSU's and 2 cards though, esp if you ditch the HDD cage.
I say this as I have built in these before and the metal was paper thin.

This metal is full steel, and wont break. that's the good news, I HAVE been wanting to invert the motherboard tray, now here comes a question that is harder, should I rotate the motherboard tray ONLY and just mod around that, or should I just rotate the case so it is upside down and do a mod like that?

First check to see that the left and right side panels are interchangeable. If they are remove the rivets that hold the back side together and remove the motherboard tray and back panel and then rotate. Rivet the panel back on and you are done.

Edit: I looked at the photos online of the case closer. It is hard to tell but it seems that the back panel and floor are one piece of metal that is bent. If this is the case then it will be harder to rotate the motherboard. I would need to see some better pictures of the chassis to be sure. The side panels do appear to be interchangeable from the pictures.

2nd PSU is a Bad idea!!! You need to have more then a textbook working knowledge of electric wiring to do something like that.

1.Reversing the motherboard is a good mod.

2.Also you could remove the window and cut out the goofy looking X then repaint the window and just have a fan. Maybe get a custom 80mm fan grill for it like these.

3.You are also on the right track with removing the HDD rack. you can buy adapters for the 5.5 bays to hold the HD/SSD

4. You could go for a two tone paint. Like the inner cage a bright color and the outside matte or gloss black. Engine paint works good for the inside.

5. Cut out the metal in the front of the cage and fit a 120mm fan in the little punched holes don't do much for airflow.

Couple questions what model/type of PSU are you using?
