iMac (Mid 2011) 21.5 inch Memory Upgrade

On a $100 budget and looking to upgrade the stock memory on a Mid 2011 iMac 21.5 inch to something much better.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. For the best bang for buck with my budget in mind what should I purchase?
I am located near Vancouver, Canada so sites like NCIX would be the best place for me I think.
