Summer Build "Ram suggestion"

I want to make sure I'm getting a good set of ram for my new build, if anyone has any other suggestions i would appreciate it.

heres what I have in my cart:

Samsung 30nm ram is cheap and overclocks like a beast. It is a lot cheaper to populate all the slots on your mobo and you will end up with the same about of ram. You can get the same timings and speed out of the Samsung and the voltage will probably be lower then the Gskill.

I prefer to not overclock so is that still an option you would suggest?
