Even though it's no longer the fastest I don't think you can really beat an M4 when you take everything into consideration especially with how much prices have dropped on them. Would not think twice though about buying from Samsung or Intel either. Could probabally be talked or read into one of the new OCZ drives as well. SSD quality in a lot of ways has skyrocketed in the past two years.
