Getting a new PSU need advice !!

Hey guys i was looking around for a new PSU today but I'm not sure what to buy , here's my situation in short.
I'm currently running Cooler Master 700M
http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=2574
It was working great with my GTX590 but since i got two GTX670's it started to make that buzzing sound under load , I've searched around and it seems it's a coil whine.
It only makes that noise while under heavy load like running Heaven , BF3 or Witcher 2 while under windows or in less demanding games like Diablo 3 it's quiet no problem which leads me to think it's overburdened and two 670's is too much for it.
I will be getting a new PSU anyway but right now I'm on a tight budget after spending over £800 on GPUS's and new mobo so if i was to by a new PSU now it couldn't cost more than £100 but if i could ride this one for ...say a month i would get a proper good PSU.
This is what i could get now :
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139022&Tpk=corsair%20850

And this is what i would really like to buy :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817553008

or this :

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151110

In short should i change it ASAP or can i keep it a little longer so i can afford a good PSU , I'd love to get that fully modular Seasonic drool.gif but i don't want to risk damaging my rig.

P.S My CM 700M is quite old , originally i bought it in summer 2008 for my 9800GX2 but only used it for around 10 months than it went back to the box as i upgraded , i started using it again with 590 last August so essentially i got good 20 month use out of it.

The Corsair TX850 is more than capable of powering a pair of GTX 670s, and is an excellent PSU. In fact, the entire Corsair TX v2 series is highly-rated on jonnyguru.

I'd stay away from that 1050W Cougar unit, though. The company lied about the design of the fan, and the PSU falls out of ATX specification under load, which could potentially damage components.

That Seasonic is supposed to be nice, however.

It's really your call. I don't think you really need a 1kW unit.

See i know that TX850 would do for my rig thing is i want a good high end PSU and a modular one at that i want to get the Seasonic X but the buzzing should coming from my CM is making me feel uneasy ph34r2.gif as i said I don't want to damage my rig.
Maybe i should use only one of my 670 for few weeks and than get the Seasonic confused.gif

If you can get them in the UK, I might suggest something from the kingwin LZP series, even the 650W model has more current on the 12v rail than that cooler master model.

Your current PSU is a solid Enhnace unit and plenty for your setup, in fact the two 670s are less demanding than the 590. wink.gif
Coil whine is not an indication of insufficient power, check properly if the PSU is indeed the culprit and not one of the cards... then run Furmark and Prime95 simultaneously for a few hours, sometimes coil whine goes away if you abuse the PSU a little.

See this is where it all doesn't add up for me according to this review GTX590 takes more power than two 670's !
so why sis my PSU start to make this sound now ?
It doesn't make this sound with single 670 and as i said with two cards it only makes this noise while at load.
Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it has only two dedicated PCI E connectors and the second card is powered form molex to PCI E adaptors ?

EDIT:
I just realized i linked the wrong PSU model doh.gif
This is what i have :

Quick and dirty psu calc:
GPUs: 200w each
CPU(OC): 150w
everything else+safety margin:100w

The CM PSU only has 600w 624w available on 12v, so I think you're pushing it pretty hard already. If you're going to OC the GPUs as well as the CPU, I'd make sure you have 700w available on the 12v rail.

You're making an obvious mistake, you associate coil noise with the PSU being stressed, and it's not the case, most PSUs display coil whine at idle and low loads.... again, 670s are very modest cards, under Furmark they should draw at least 100W less than the 590. The coil whine isn't produced because of excessive power draw, it's mostly associated with poor coil isolation/wrapping, at certain frequencies they produce this audible electrical sound, you shouldn't associate it with an imminent failure, it's normal and it's present on virtually all products/platforms on the market, up until recently no manufacturer bothered to address it... if it doesn't bother you ignore it, if it does than do as I told you, stress your PSU for a few hours, change the outlet, change the AC cable(if you have another) and see if it makes a difference.

Well it is stressing me out a little because it didn't do that before and if GTX590 is taking more power than two 670 why it didn't make this sound before ?
As for stressing i think it got good few hours of stress past week ,as in benching Heaven 3.0 and a lot of BF3.
I will try to put load more even tomorrow as in use one dedicated PCI E connector for each card and see how it goes , thanks for the reply +REP
