To render one frame on overclocked processor you will get what -> max 5% (ups .... you are on 4.5 so you are on 2%) - dude rendering goes on farm anything else is waste of time!

I understand overclocking your CPU is a nice feature once you know how, but for rendering you want it stock was that your question ?
I just don't understand why you overclock if you want stock settings !?
An heavily overclocked processor can cut down a few hours on huge rendering (One of my client saw a 1 hour improvement from 3.2 to 4.4Ghz on his i7 with 30Gb+ files)
To be honest, you look like you don't know much about overclocking and it's fine, we we're all once at your place, you are just not doing the right way.
I would recommand you to run stock for now and read tutorials on how to overclock your cpu and how to test for stability (You don't want your 8 hours render to fail midway).
