You are being very mean.
Yes, and some were deserved -> but in any case
receive from me a big apology. All the anger was directed ASUS and Intel - and what good friends but sometimes outpouring on them, especially when nothing goes right

Anyway I hope you find an answer to your problem and good luck.
As I said -> no one reads -> I solved the problem

I don't think you should possibly expect to get help this way.
I also see that it does not help -> if for no other reason then because it is not standard overclock issue

You should try reseating the cooler which everyone has mentioned and you just blew off.
Come on!!! To suggest such a thing for a computer that runs 24/7 on 4.6 GHz (on air cooler) As I said -> no one reads ->

Also what everyone is trying to tell you is - with that cooler and all settings on stock you should not be reaching temps in the 80's.
BINGO -> that is the point!

link this to the fact that the same computer runs 24/7 on 4.6GHz with max 75 to 80 degrees
Is not nobody can not understand that I do not need speed, but the number of heads. At 3.8 GHz I can finish all my jobs much faster than with 4 heads (on Q9650) and with same average time like on 4.6 GHz. So way the heal i should go with 4.6 especial in summer time.
Is now clear that i'm not an lunatic which bay I7 3930k for surfing around with the toothpaste on memory.
It is a vary simple task -> I just want to go in the BIOS to click on the optimum and to finis my job. With VID 1.3 or so this is simply not possible in areas where is hot summertime. I found the way but AGAIN how it will be if Mercedes state that people in Italy should buy additional cooler for engine

With this cooler to get on stock that much temps (ambient 26-27 is not that much high). I feels sorry for African people

Any how better read what i'm found maybe it will be useful -> now i'm getting 1.128V on 3.8 GHz (it is almost 2V differences for VCore !!!!) and rally i don't understand way no one at ASUS didn't think about this. Once again my processor is not "bad" it is just mater of BIOS things or to say sort of bag.

Right now I'm at about 4.5ghz with about 1.4v which I know is very high voltage for this overclock but I am trying to learn how to lower my voltages
If you like to know how much high your system can go just put your comp near by AC unit (For A/C to blow cool ear direct in open case) You can test on this way is it voltage problem or temps without long testings in prime95. If it voltage problem it will crash system shortly after starting Prime95.
Be aware that most good overclock results with H100 are with custom loops and with additional fans.
Regards -> it is time for an goooooooood overclock of my pillow - now i can sleep may voltages are 100% safe
