Intel Core i5-3570K & ASRock Z77 Extreme4

All I need to know is whether those 4 parts that I've chosen are alright. Also, I'm looking for a decent CPU cooler for a good price because I've no idea if this one is fine.

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Microcenter)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($134.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($97.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $457.96
(Prices include shipping and discounts when available.)

Cheers,
n00pe.

No problems there, its all compatible with each other, should be a nice setup. As for the cooler I've heard you cant get any better performance for the price.

Perfectly matched parts.
The only thing that the motherboard may skimp on is accessories; there are only two SATA cables included with it.

There's a deal at my local microcenter where if you buy a compatible CPU and mobo, they take $50 off the mobo. You should call your local microcenter to ask if that deal is still up.

I added 16GB instead of 8GB today.

That should be a very nice setup.

Sorry for the hijack OP(I will remove it if you want) But what's the difference on the MOBO? I went with the Azrock Pro4. Haven't gotten it yet though. It was $35 cheaper then the Extreme4. Just a difference in OC'ing abilities?
