Remember that crazy 27-inch 1mm-thick bezel 3D IPS monitor LG announced before CES 2012 that went missing? I think this might be it:

The bezel doesn't appear to be 1mm thick, but it still appears to be quite small. Also, I didn't see any specs, but hopefully we'll get some more info on it soon.

LG introduces 27-inch and 23-inch IPS7 monitors with MHL support

Good find, and yes that is the correct model. As I mentioned on another thread the outer bezel is 1mm but there is a thicker inner component. The initial pictures were misleading because an image was photoshopped over the screen area and inner bezel.

I saw this picture some days ago on a chinese board; also, it's rumoured it might be a 2560x1440 screen

but, after seeing the box, where it says: TV + Monitor, I think it will be just a 1920x1080 resolution

i have the 55" version of the tv and it looks just like that bezel but just black all around. love the tv though.

It's passive 3d, right? Meaning 60hz and 3d cuts the resolution in half?

Im with you buddy on this! Been waiting for this since it was announced at CES.

I have found on the LG cinema tvs that the AG film can be removed, just like you would remove on a iphone etc. Very easy and gives the picture a clear glass image!

Cant wait for these, anyone know the ETA of these in the states?

My only concern is that currently I play on a 23 inch 1080p sammy monitor and wonder if moving up to 27 inch will be a negative? At least the LG is IPS so color uniformity should
be excellent!
