Most likely not enough flow... I can't tell what your pumps/blocks are, but if you have 6 fans of rad, 3 blocks + a chipset block, plus all that tubing and all the 90degree elbows I see, I imagine the flow to your CPU block is not that great.. I've read in extreme cases of not having enough flow, turning up the pump from min to max resulted in 5C drop across the loop... obviously that comes at the cost of silence though.

Just an idea. From your posts I think there are actually 2 pumps?

I have two Koolance 450's. My flow reading is 3.4 at low and 3.8-9 on high. (LPH)
