Can't find AHCI option

Hey guys for the past three hours ive been trying to enable the ahci option but i cant find it. can anyone help me ? i have a Biostar
mcp6p3 mobo

probably in the nvidia raid set up, it usually is, you can choose raid or ahci .

Your MB is a nforce 430 and does not support AHCI.

Your board comes with either the 6150/430 chipset(does not support AHCI) or the 7025/630a chipset.(does support AHCI).
I don't think it will work but you can try to install the AHCI driver,it'll most likely just pop an error message that it's not supported.
