As I was reading this I was thinking to myself "Poor chaps, that's gotta suck. I'm glad I stayed away from Cisco stuff".

then I remembered..., "Oh yea! My router *IS* a Cisco device, go figure lol"
Thank goodness for whoever wrote the guide to flashing my 'unsupported' router ^.^
