Lol yeah, anyways...

Everything is alot faster now, 3-4 minutes from boot screen to desktop on is alot better than it was.
Although I screwed up bad, my dad said I could use his spare 640 GB hard drive to back everything up onto then after that put it back in his laptop.
But being as stupid as I was, I left it plugged in while installing windows and now it thinks its installed on that one, so I have to have it plugged in in order to start up my PC now.

If you reinstall Windows using the standard method, it will create a folder called Windows.old that will have all of your old data on it. Of course that doesn't work if you format before you reinstall, but it could help you if you've lost some things.

Actually no, I'll try to explain as best as I can

This has happened before with my SSD and HDD in a previous rig.

I had both hard drives plugged in when I was in the windows installer, I formatted my Hard drive (the one with windows on it) and selected to install windows on it, Windows did get installed on it however both my system and windows think that its on the other HDD (backup HDD), if I unplug the other one (the backup HDD) Ill get the famous "BOOTMGR IS MISSING" error.

Def. leave on...at least download all the "critical" stuff. And if it really takes you 15 minutes to bootup...YOU are doing something wrong.....PEBKAC imho.
