Maybe slightly off topic but does hackintosh even support three monitors? This just sounds like a giant headache to me lol.

Its better to go for a card like HD 7950 which can last you for a while. With 3GB VRAM and 384 bit memory bus that card should be reasonably good to run games for the next 2 years at medium to high settings. think about it. you don't want to buy a card which struggles next year to do the most demanding games on medium settings.
