Hmmz... seems like he is alot more busy then my 2500k. Are there any heavy tasks running on the background?

*edit*

My CPU load during idle is like 1 - 7 %, and memory used 2,20GB.

You have nothing running except Chrome. So there are some process (viruses something running non-stop in the background)

There is no virus, I ran MSE several times, and other programs too. I also search in the task manager after suspicious stuff but there was nothing.

Couldn't it be that my CPU is broken or something? I still have warranty on my CPU, if that would be the case. I'll contact the store at least.

Mwah broken i dont think so, then it's most likely u get errors or kinds of stuff.

Try testing with some other benching software, like the one i just posted.

CPU is not broken, you said you have 15% spikes. Can you screenshot your processes.
