What does your CPU score on the Windows Experience Index? It should be something like 7.5-7.7 depending on your overclock. That should rule out a "broken" cpu

5.29 for 4GHz? Stock score is around 5.30 - 5.40.

So it's indeed not just 3DMark that has a lower score. Still could be some hidden program running in the background, or a bios setting.

Ah since ur runnig at default speeds, there is nothing wrong with ur cinebench score also.

7.5 Is a bit low for DDR3 memory. My 1600 non overclocked kit of 8 gets 7.9

Could be because I'm not having dual, but single setup (in two, next to each other...), for the moment.
