Is the TT BT a 939 socket cpu cooler that will fit an Athlon Dual Core 4200 processor?

It'll work, it's pretty much universal (don't think am2 works)
Looking at your system specs it looks like it'll work with your case, but i want to be sure. What are the dimensions of your case?

The BT works with all skt939 boards. It really comes down to your PC case (is it big anough because the BT is BIG).
Personally I would recommend another cooler, probably a Scythe one. The BT is excellent for single core but lags behind when it comes to dual core. Still an excellent cooler, but others may be a better buy. Just saying.

Edit: The BT should fit inside that case.
