Here is my problem: im trying to install w7 trough usb on my new rig, but each time after "windows is loading files"
it freezes during boot logo
i have tried linux and pretty much the same happens (on the second dot)
I have stripped the system out of everythig possible.
first i have tried memtest to see if RAM is ok... passed without error.
then i've taken off wifi card... nothing changed
then i've tried disconnecting ssd and having only hdd... nothing changed
then i've tried having only ssd conncected ...nothing changed
then both connected... still no change
then both disconnected... still freezes
at this point i had only mobo, cpu (and integrated gpu in cpu), ram and fans running.
it is pretty hot in here right now (32°C = 90°F), and even thought i have noctua, under no load cpu has (46.5°C = 116°F)... i dont know if this can be the issue, memtest ran good.
Yesterday it was freezing or giving me BSOD 0x00000124, now it's just freezing.
My system:
3570K (stock)
crucial balistix tactical 9-9-9-27 1866mhz (stock)
asrock z77 extreme4-m
crucial m4 128GB
WD 320GB HDD
edimax wifi card
enermax 525W pro82+ (was taken from my second pc where it was running ok)
i seriously dont know where the problem is... probably mobo but im not sure.
in the meantime ill try to resit the cpu.
what do you think?
