I think you've got the Speed Map button pressed in? That checks the speed the drive can access a bunch of sectors, then colours it accordingly. Because HDD performance arcs downward, you get a graph that is more green at the top and yellow towards the bottom. Orange blocks are moments where the test got interrupted by background software.
Turn the Speed Map option off and all of them will likely be green.
