Can I mix these 2 rams?

Hey guys so I have a question. I have 4GB of kingston hyperx ram which runs at 1.7-1.9V. My question is would it be safe to add 4GB of 1.65V ram? Would it work or would there be any problems?

Well, maybe can works but you should test the current RAM at 1.65V and see if it's stable before buy the new 1.65V RAM.
