Diablo 3 different from the others?

Ok, along with buying a new keyboard and a new SSD, I have a bit of cash left over for a few games. I was planning to buying ARMA 2 since a lot of my friends want to play a Zombie game that's roleplaying and open-world. My brother bought D3 and he loves it, but he also loved D2. I never really like D2 so, if I didn't like D2 would I like D3?

I really love Minecraft, any games like Minecraft? The thing I like about minecraft is the flexibility of the game and the openness. I always play PVP or Hunger Games in Minecraft.

I didn't like the original Diablo, loved Diablo 2, and have yet to decide on Diablo 3. It's a very different game than the previous two. It's not quite as much fun and it certainly isn't as rewarding as Diablo 2 was. I'm not ever going to get into the 'economy' of Diablo 3, but that's a big draw for a lot of people.

Since your brother has it, ask him to let you play for a few hours and decide for yourself.

I asked him, and we're twins. We have a hard time sharing things and he won't even let me use a guest pass. Can you explain "economy"? I watched some walkthroughs, and it looked interesting, but I'm not sure if I should spend $60 on it.

Precisely. Your chances of finding a all of your own top-notch equipment is substantially lower than in Diablo 2. You can outfit your character with top-notch gear if and only if you are willing to spend a significant amount of cash.
