AMD AM3+ sabertooth 990FX build. Questions

Thread Starter
I have a couple questions. This is my first pc build and i am just wondering if everything would go together alright with no worries.

This rig will mostly be used for gaming and the odd video for YouTube here and there with some minor effects and rendering. Not a lot of that. Mostly gaming.

Build---->

Case: Zalman Z9+ case with fan controller

Mobo: Asus Sabertooth 990Fx

CPU: AMD FX 4170 or AMD phenom 960T (need help with that)

GPU: Nvidia 9800Gt <-- older card I am getting a new one

Memory RAM: 2x 4 GB ripjaw series

Memory HDD: seagate 7200 rpm 500gb

Cooling: Hyper 212+ CPU cooler or Hydro Series H50 high performance water cooling. (Need help)

PSU: Cooler master extreme power plus 700 watt psu

* any suggestions or comments on this build would help me greatly. Any suggestions on other purchases would be helpfull as well.

If you need more info I'm glad to give it.
Thanks.

This list is of the things I have in my
Cart at the moment. Some I have purchased already but I would also like to know just some recommended drives and stuff like that. Cables. No idea where to get a full set of those. Thanks.

The sabertooth is great, i own one and it's a very solid board. As for cpu, i would hold out until piledriver comes out in august. If not, get the 965 BE and overclock it. I've got a 1090t.

700w is plenty. Good ratings too.

Get an h60. It has the newer pump system, more reliable. If you have the extra money, go for an h80.

What do plan on buying for a graphics card?

The parts I own. Are

The mobo. Gpu, <--- any tips on a new one would be great. The case I have bought as well because it suits my fan needs and it's a cheap price on memory express. And the ripjaw 8gb 2x4gb ram.

And for gpu's I am going to try and crossfire this older one with either a Radeon HD7770 1gb or Radeon HD7850 2gb <---- only if I can manage to Get the extra cash for it, I could also go with the Radeon HD 6870 IceQ 1gb.

A lot of the parts aren't finalized so any more on anything else would be great. And for the coolers I might take your advice and go with the H70 I was looking more last night after post. Mabey the H100 not sure.

Also the reason I am going with 700 watt psu is because I have noticed a lot of people getting low power issues when OC'Ing I and I just want to be safe since its my first build.

And my case comes with an extreme mount of fan slots that will be filled. Not that fans use much power.
