No, i must screws these potenometers screw and then my voltage increase?

Mhm! But not too fast! Measure the voltages with a DMM before you start. Then while you're turning it clockwise measure the volts. Increase to 1.2v and try to overclock. If you're not happy, give it more volts.

One of the yellow spots it vGPU. You can try all of them. 4 dots are ground, 2 are 12v input and 2 are vGPU. I dunno which are vGpu, you'll just have to figure it out.
