That's fine! You can start the fun part now! OC it, if you're not happy with the clocks raise the volts by turning the VR clockwise and monitor the voltage. Volts can jump up quickly so be careful. Try not to go over 1.45v cuz that will just give you heat and can damage the card long term. Keep and eye on the temperatures! More volts = more stability, more heat = less stability. Try to find a sweet spot for 24/7 use.

Even if there is no resistance between those 2 points? (if the VR is close to 0OHM or 0OHM)

So... mem voltages and core voltages aren't changing if you turn the VRs? How many turns did you make?

Try turning some more... and monitor the volts.
If it doesn't change turn counterclockwise.
