ok i found this one AM3+ board, and i cant find anymore, something like from a asrock or gigabyte, this one is good for mine 965? because im thinking to go with sff build

It's one of the best amd itx boards and will be fine for your 965 as long as you're going to seriously oc it.
Only downside might be the so-dimm DDR3 slot

Edit: if I were you, I'd sell your chip and go Intel for itx build.

there is a lightning coming after you two for word intel in amd thread biggrin.gif jk
yeah i saw, also just found out that this board no more for sale and i cant find it here in lithuania...
as for intel... ummm i dont know from where to start biggrin.gif

And also maybe use this CPU
So question is: is it worth it price?
maybe gonna use a low profile VGA card, games that gonna be played is DOTA 2 and maybe L4D

No. AMD FM1 platform is already dead. New APU will use FM2 socket and they are incompatible.
Intel sandy bridge G630 + cheap H61 motherboard + entry level video card would be a better choice.

I was on the same boat a couple of months ago and after a lot of research, non of the amd itx setup is appealing...
