Cooler Master is the same company that makes CMStorm Products right? Your support sucks

If it is.. then I have a few words for CMStorm. Your global support for products suck.

I have a CMStorm Quickfire rapid that a friend bought for me when he went home from Singapore. The supposedly "better than membrane" keyboard is now spamming random keys at random intervals. "qwerp + and scroll lock keys" and also holding down shift and control keys also at random.

And you know what your support guy tells me? That I have to go back to the shop at singapore because you can't support me from where I am right now.

There are lots of means to get support to your customers. Shops here in the Philippines offer the CMStorm products. Meaning there is a distributor somewhere in the Philippines. And you can't even give me any support? I have received better customer support for a measly fractal design fan than your expensive supposedly introductory keyboard.

I am posting here so that you guys realize the effects of your defective customer support. And to think I even recommended the CMStorm quickfire to my friends and through forums. If I can only take those recommendations back.

Axis Global is the distributor for the Philippines. Email Coolermaster and say that it is impossible for you to return it to Singapore and that there is a distributor based in the Philippines.

"We do not offer global warranty on our products, so you would need to send it back to Singapore and you would need to ask distributor if they can ship back to Philippines as most distributors will only send back to local address."

This is how their support answered. Yea really helpful.
