So i have no idea why windows put the 100MB partition on the second drive, so of course when i went to pull it from the system, it no longer boots. is there any easy way to fix this?

Its required for windows, Try reinstalling windows with just the main drive in, it should put it on the first drive then.

I dont want the second drive in there, it was supposed to be on the first drive, i have no idea how it ended up there

Because it's on a different drive.

I think you should be able to put it on the other drive by simply creating some unallocated space on the primary drive than cloning than partition there. I don't know if softwares like EASEUS Partion Manager can do it but those shipped with SSDs to move an OS will and they're usually available online.

Only have your main drive hooked up when you're installing windows. Leave any other drives unhooked.

That helps me now how?

second ive never had this issue before

@Snowmen - I downloaded that partition software and i was able to copy it over but i notice for status it labels the correct one as "System" but my copy as "none"
