Help with routing my tubing (Watercooling)

Ok guys,

I'm probably going to have the ugliest WC setup ever, but it's going to be 'functional' lol.

Here's what's going to happen right now (rad is already mounted).

How should I route the tubing for the cleanest look? I know loop order is basically negligible.

Here's the way it's set up now, I haven't started to cut the tubing...

Here's a quick snap shot of what I've currently got going on:

what is this.

is the pump the XSPC X2O and do you have any angled fittings? Or access to a hole saw? Can you point the radiator ports downward, or will the fittings not fit?

Indeed, that's the X20 pump.

I don't have any 90* fittings to help with flow, unfortunately, and I really doubt my local hardware store would have G1/4 90* fittings for the rad.

If I pointed the RAD downwards, the fittings would be blocked by the case.

The reason the rad is even up there is because the RX240 won't fit internally up top in my HAF 912.

Right now I'm asking to see which way would be best to route the tubing, for the cleanest look.

that looks pretty much impossible. I can't see any other way than PUMP>CPU>RAD>RES

Pretty much on point with what I was thinking lol.

Not much room for minimizing the tubing going from the rad back to the pump.

You had it right when you said "functional" as "clean" is not in the cards.I have some nice standoffs (where you can put spacers under those fans, and mount with also,I could send your way). What is the thread on the fan mounts (it will either be 6/32.8/32 or 4mmx.7mm) all my standoffs are in 4mmx.7 but it is easy to chase the threads in the radiator to change them.Do not drill a hole in the rad.tubes, use a safety block.

What would the standoffs do?

Just space between the rad and case?

or between the rad and fans?

If your willing to mod a little bit:

338

drill the holes on top of the case and put the back tubing gaskets on.

I'm willing to mod, sure, but I reallllly don't want to have to remove everything hahaahah

I've done some basic modding before, but those pesky little shards of metal get EVERYWHERE haha

the standoffs would allow you to space your rad and the case, allowing you to use your bottom RX240 G1/4 holes, by doing this you wouldn't need to do a huge 180 degree kinking loop from your CPU>RAD and RAD>RES.

XSPC radiators use 6-32 by default, correct me if I'm wrong.
