hey i'm anvalanche and i got into PC gaming some years back but due recently or earlier this year a friend of mine MightyMaik introduced me to something i never really thought about and that concept was actually building a ALRIGHT PC so this is my build log. After harvesting components from my old HP i updated most of my hardware in my new PC and am still continuing to update pieces and parts throughout the system.
Components:
MOBO- GIGABYTE 970 AM3+ UD3
Graphics Card- XFX R6750
Case- CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer
PSU- Antec BP550 Modular
Wifi- Rosewill 300mbps PCIE adapter
Fan Controller- NZXT Sentry Mesh
Fans- Stock Cooler Masters and others stolen from MightyMaik
Thermal Paste- AS5 (Stolen from Maik)
Salvaged:
CPU- AMD Phenom II 910
RAM- IDK but it's 8gigs
Hard Drive- WD caviar green
DVD drive- who knows
Moar Boxes
Old case (parts taken out) (\*most annoying hard drive rack EVAR/*)
GIGABYTE 970 AM3+ UD3
Rosewill 300mbps wi-fi card
