Yeah ... "where's my rebate" is going to be a popular question here. Let's see how many Dohn will be able to take. Christina Fleck has stopped picking up the phone and answering e-mails in just a couple of months.

I sent my rebates in Nov'11 and Dec'11 and there has not been a response after "we'll be sending them in the second week of March" e-mail (which turned out to be a blatant lie).

Yes we hired more employee for that, everything should be taking care and back to normal now, you can email to rebate@xigmatekamerica.com for status/payment method etc.
every inquiry should be answer in the same day now.

Thanks for the post, I will use your post as a master reply to sum this up.
I can take them all =)
The employee used to mange this is fired. New policy and managment for rebate department is inplace. (Christina still at her post)
Our new guildline is....
Every inquiry or email regarding rebate will get answered within 24hrs then follow through until you get paid.

Normally we don't suggest you call in because is too time consuming and is not effectie since rebate process is mostly on paper work and computer entries.
If you need to call us regarding rebate please use extension 101. That will direct you to Christina.

We are here to provide the best customer service, please keep posting and let us know how we doing.

Dohn, I have a couple of questions (they go a little bit beyond plain curiosity, but curiosity is a significant factor in my asking them):
1. Does the above constitute a commitment to the client or it's more like an aspiration?
2. What is the start date of this policy / guideline?

It is a commitment, I am going to make sure it is working as intended.
It was the internal guideline I gave to them starting July 1st. Communication is more important than anything and the automated email answering wasn't helping.

I see. Thank you for clarifying. I sent an e-mail (requesting rebate status) last Fri (July 6th) .. before this thread was started and a potential increase in e-mail inflow it may have generated, but after the guideline went in effect. I am yet to receive a response. I am glad to not have received an automated response (which in the past was amounting to nothing more than just "go away") -- good move on recognizing that it wasn't exactly helpful.
