  1. I don't want the personal info from the rebate form to be associated with my OCN profile
  2. If my rebate claim is expedited, it might not give me the accurate impression of how Xigmatek handles Joe-the-plumber's rebate submission ... I want to believe you set out to improve the rebate handling process, not to take care of a few "loud complainers"

1. Yes I understand that.
2. I see lots of email going out everday, basically nicole/christina cc me on EVERY email and I wonder why yours is missing.

I will just investigate on my side I guess =)

All the email we received on Friday 7/6 were answered on Monday.
There are few in spam/junk folder but is in Christina's email address so I doubt they will be yours.

The only thing I could think of right now is.....
Please check your junk/spam foler and if it is not there, please resend again to rebate@xigmatekamerica.com

Nothing in my Spam folder, I have also not been notified of my e-mail bouncing due to wrong e-mail address or non-delivery due to any other issue. Here's a somewhat edited screenshot indicating that I indeed sent an e-mail (and, I hope, to the right e-mail address):

Dohn, what makes you think that re-sending e-mail is going to lead to a different outcome?
I actually did send an e-mail two days ago to rebate@xigmatekamerica.com (please check if this is the right e-mail address) only, skipping Cristina .. and did not hear back within 24 hours as would be expected under new guidelines. Third time is charm? I'd say no. I'd also say that this looks more and more as an attempt to appease selected few unsatisfied buyers of Xigmatek products w/ rebate who are willing to PM and identify themselves as opposed to taking care of the rebate issue as a whole and associated image debacle for your company.

I've got a xigmatek HDT-1283... the cooler has great build quality, I don't have anything good to say about the stock AMD retention system though thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

anyway..
I really like your fans, and I'm planning to use your 4HDDs to 5.25 adapter in an upcoming mod thumb.gif GL on the OCN forums biggrin.gif
