Hey guys.
I'm a 24 year old guy from Denmark. I've been dabbling with computers for a long time, but after my latest build, I've been wanting to explorer overclocking at a modest/entry level. I haven't done much in the way of overclocking. Last time I bought a new computer was 6 years ago, and I'm ashamed to admit I didn't build it myself, first of all, but also that I hadn't really done my homework in terms of what parts I wanted/needed, so I ended up with the notorious E6600 CPU (yes, it's that long ago, it was shiny back then), which was damn near impossible to get stable above stock speeds, and being a beginner then and now, I gave up.
However, with my latest build, the possibilities of toying with the numbers have opened up, and so, that's what I've been doing. I have no interest in quick and dirty OC's, however. Despite a very shy OC of 4250Mhz on my i7-3820, I've been running several LinX tests, and a 12h prime95 session, just to ensure stability.
Anyway, I've made an album with a few pictures from the build process, and a few of my setup. Description included Clicky!
Also, in my signature there's a link to my build, should it have caught your interest.
Kindly,
Nox
