I think you are underestimating the PCI slots tolerance.

ive had plent of saggy graphics cards, they all still work, check over its pcb, see if you accidentally knocked something small off a solder point while installing it, i did that once with a 9600GSO, i got so angry with myself after i found out.

did you overclock your amd card with msi afterburner? if so uninstall it and restart since it keeps freezing my computer.

No, I wanted to see the stability of my system before performing ANY overclocks

No, I was very careful with it, but I could check again thumb.gif. The thing is, if I did, is that it? Warranty voided, need to buy a new card?

If you mean the drivers, yeah, it was the first thing I installed (besides the motherboard drivers)

No offence but you took the time to write that "If I helped, please put up my rep" but as I was about to help with your rig, I have to go back to first page to see what part you have.
Fill your computer information please.

Check your capacitors on the motherboard for 'bulging tops'. You might have damaged capacitors, either from the manufacturer or from heat damage. Try looking at the grouping of circuit parts around the processor and look at the caps there. They should be flat, but any bulging to include any 'brownish' fluid leaking from them would indicate thermal damage.
