Well would you buy a car without looking at reviews?

Your going to have to buy it and see for yourself. BF3 Seems to really be one of those games where you either Like it or not. It's not really a casual FPS.

Not really.. Well..a casual FPS basically throws you into something easy as point and shoot, BF3 isn't like that at all. But it does seem like so in a depending on game mode and match settings.

Basically what I felt, I wanted to build my rig just so I can play AAA games like BF3.
Was disappointed because to me it just seems "boring".
Found out it is all about camping

I bought for $40,

If you can get a deal on it then sure. I was lucky enough to snag a 6950 for $200 that came with a free coupon for BF3 and Dirt3. I don't think it's worth $60(no game is) though so I would wait until it's dropped to at least $40. You either like it or don't like it depending on your play style though. If you like team oriented games that require strategy then BF3 is very much suited to you. If you just like to casually play lone wolf or just sort of run around then MW3 would be a better choice.

TBH I would think BF3 would have more team communication going about, but nope @.@
I still wonder why they don't have VoIP

Some servers have ventrilo's set up. It's not the most ideal solution but at least it's better than consoles where everyone with a mic is either mouth breathing or trash talking.
