All this months projects are cool... Good work guys

My vote is for Ace_finland. I love the clean looks, and it almost has a stock feel to it. Meaning it looks like it was made that way and not something someone has done to it. But again all the builds are great, you have to love OCN for all the great modders we have here.

Well there's a clear toss-up b/w Inverted and Rainfall.

Being a proponent of keeping parts internal, I have to go for Inverted on this one. Rainfall is an ingenious build and idea, but given the external components, especially the parts that are in another room somewhere, I just can't give it number one status. It's definitely an honorable mention, though, not just for this month but for all of 2012. It's hard to not feel bad for not voting for it. You can tell cause I'm talking more about it than the one I actually voted for.

The others are beautiful builds as well. Congrats to all the modders for showcasing ur stuff this month. May the best man win!

Jesus Christ, Rainfall looks spectacular. Had I known He'd be competing in this month's MOTM, I would have waited.
Sucks that I got only 1 vote. frown.gif

Well its okay. My modification was meant to be a low cost mid-tower, air cooled case, on par with a Coolermaster 690 in terms of cooling performance. Not some Super watercooled GTX 580 SLI set up with a 6Ghz Overclocked i7 system.
Mind you this mod wasn't easy, and I put a lot of work into it. But Rainfalls is really nice too as are the others. I guess he really deserves it.

For me is doesn't matter if it is low cost or not, some of the low cost mods are sometimes the best. For me, I had a Strom Sniper and hated they way the light comes through the front covers, I used paper and a marker to fit it. For me this was the best mod I did to that case. Lutro won with a Rasa kit mounted externaly. I have voted in the past on air cooled systems, it's just most of the time there isn't as much modding to do for air cooling. I do love what you have done with your case, pretty much took care of all the problems that case has. Hold your head high, you have pulled off a great mod thumb.gif Plus look beond the hardware and look at the builds, maybe you can take something from them and incorparate it in to your build to make it even better. I know for me, I love custom covers and have started to use them in my builds, they just help make eveything look really clean.

Appreciate it, but keep in mind I had access to a lot of things others did not, so it did give me an advantage. I mean, this was my first computer build:
