Not exactly the same.....DHL can't even tell me where they think the package is. There is no delivered status....they simply don't know where it is. But I feel your pain anyway.

I feel your frustration, and I'm close to asking for my money back. My guess is it will be more difficult in this situation, since Aqua says they sent it....but DHL can't locate it.

I love when they (the shipping company) are going to be later than their "guaranteed delivery time" so they make up "bad weather conditions causes a delay" which nulls the guarantee.
Although there is no "guaranteed delivery time" here...we are way beyond any reasonable expectations, and the package can not be located.

Let them handle it. Your resolve time should be much faster.
I'm going to give them through this Friday to locate the package and give me a status, before I cancel order and request return of money. My guess is they will balk at returning money...since they say they sent it and its DHL's problem.

Probably good advice, .....but wouldn't have helped in this situation. DHL doesn't show it was every delivered....their tracking stops when they believe it left Germany.
