I have same problem , happened to me last week
Ordered some stuff from frozenpcu and package never got to me
tracking number says it was delivered and left at the door but i never got the package
emailed frozenpcu and they will or got in tuch with fedex to find out whats going on

Know what you mean I ordered the MOBO block I wanted for this build and after 2 weeks of waiting without a word or any movement from there side I find out it is not even in stock and they have no idea when it would be. By then I had already found it elsewhere so got my money back and ordered it from the other place and had it in less than a week.

Up here in Canada, customs can sometimes take an extra week+ more than normal. The fact that they can't tell you if that's the hold-up is a real pain.

I love when they (the shipping company) are going to be later than their "guaranteed delivery time" so they make up "bad weather conditions causes a delay" which nulls the guarantee.thumb.gif

Time to contact credit card company and officially dispute the purchase. Get in touch with your bank if you used debit card.
Let them handle it. Your resolve time should be much faster.

Always request a "Signature Required" by no one other than you or someone at your residence! Now that AquaComputer is aware of the shipping problems with DHL they should act responsibly by not continuing to use DHL any longer. Now there may not be anything AquaComputer or DHL can do about it, but as FannBlade suggests there is something you can do about it!

Not exactly the same.....DHL can't even tell me where they think the package is. There is no delivered status....they simply don't know where it is. But I feel your pain anyway. wink.gif

I feel your frustration, and I'm close to asking for my money back. My guess is it will be more difficult in this situation, since Aqua says they sent it....but DHL can't locate it.

Although there is no "guaranteed delivery time" here...we are way beyond any reasonable expectations, and the package can not be located.

I'm going to give them through this Friday to locate the package and give me a status, before I cancel order and request return of money. My guess is they will balk at returning money...since they say they sent it and its DHL's problem.

Probably good advice, .....but wouldn't have helped in this situation. DHL doesn't show it was every delivered....their tracking stops when they believe it left Germany.

Hi Chris,


I have ordered a statue (yet another hobby of mine) from Germany using DHL. Same as you, tracking number said it has left the country with no new updates. Exactly 5 weeks later, it showed up at my doorstep. I am from Canada and I have been told that it was with custom for a week.

Thanks Quest. While its comforting to know that its not just me....I'd have to say that 5 weeks after it has left Germany is simply ridiculous. Not sure how DHL has stayed in business if this is routine.
