I've tried. Because DHL won't talk to me about the shipment at all (they will only discuss with sender) I don't even know what port of clearing it was sent to. I called the local customs office here in Oklahoma, and the guy told me that without knowing what port it was sent to, that there was really nothing he could suggest to me that would help. He did say that if customs holds a package for any reason, that they are pretty quick with sending the recipient of the package a notice saying why they are holding it. I have not received one of those.

Wish you the best and that you get this settled, I would be furious. As others have mentioned with the reversal do your best with it, no "business" should make you run laps like this.
Thanks for the kind words and wishes. If AquaComputer continues to refuse to refund my money, it will be an expensive lesson learned on my part. The only consolation I will get out of it is making sure that other people are aware of the enormous risks associated with ordering directly from this company. I understand that they don't control the whole shipment process....but if something goes wrong, they need to be willing to stand up and make it right. Do not order anything directly from AquaComputer. Use resellers from your own country, that may be a little more willing to assist you with problems that arise from shipping.
