I placed my order for two AC 670 blocks in June, they were shipped on 7/3 and the tracking has not updated since 7/4, where it was at the German Export Center. Upon contacting DHL I was of course not given any more information other than the expected shipping time was 6 business days, and that my shipment is indeed overdue. They also told me to contact the sender, as only the sender could initiate an investigation. I'm not nearly as patient as you, and after reading through this thread I'm even less inclined to give AC the benefit of the doubt. I payed through Paypal with my Discover card, if this is not resolved by the 40th day from my payment, I will be filling a claim with both Paypal and Discover. If I receive the same back and forth BS, where AC refuses to accept responsibility for using an unreliable carrier I won't even wait that long. It is totally unacceptable how they have treated you, and I'm not expecting any better treatment. I wish you the best of luck! thumb.gif
Here is a copy of the email I sent AC, and PM'd to Shoggy.

Fatt....thanks for sharing that. I'm guessing we are not the only two with issues. If Shoggy hasn't told you yet, even after DHL completes their 14 day inquiry, it will take 8 more weeks before it can be certified "lost". And that's only if DHL agrees that it was lost. It's absolutely ridiculous. Just don't lose track of the 45 day mark, and make sure and file your dispute. The 8 weeks will conveniently take you outside of this window. rolleyes.gif And I'd like to invite you to keep everyone updated as to your own results with AquaComputer via this thread. The more people seeing it the better. And based on some of Shoggy's comments in emails, I know he sees this thread. My guess is they are checking it daily at this point.

After reading what you have been thru it is crystal clear to me that AC has no respect for there customers and fail to understand that without guys like us they would not be in business. Best of luck to you and Hopefully B of A straightens it for you.

Tough to figure out why Aquacomputer wouldn't take care of their customers first...and deal with DHL issues on their own time. I just don't get it.

I'm gonna buy through a reseller for my 670 blocks. Maybe buy a heatkiller or a XSPC instead.
XSPC has been amazing to me, HK as far as I've read is just as good.

Cpachris have you tried talking to paypal again? Are they willing to file a claim on the original purchase? Just curious.

Doesn't really make that big of a difference if you're still buying aquacomputer parts. I love my GPU block from them though, they make quality parts, I guess the customer service just needs a little work. (and they need to stop using dhl)

I ordered some stepper motors and other things from china recently. China post seems better than your case with DHL in terms or tracking and delivery time. One package I ordered though had no tracking info until it arrived here in Switzerland. I get stuff with DHL from Germany with DHL sometimes, that works perfectly, but it's not nearly as far as in your case.

Good luck with your package! I hope you get it soon smile.gif

After reading about how they threat thier customers i wouldnt even recommend buying a compression fitting made by them. So no hes going EK/XSPC all the way.
