They are lucky there aren't more people around like myself. If someone took $1000 from me and I got nothing in return, I'm pretty I would rage and drive a car through their head office building, ensuring to cause much more than $1000 in damages. They don't care because nothing happens to them for treating customers like this...at least they think. Maybe when their sales suffer, they will take the hint. Unfortunately, people will still buy their stuff and they will continue not to care. You didn't pay them $1000 for a chance to, maybe, get the things you want - you paid $1000 and should get what you ordered. How about I hire some crack head dude to deliver everything, and then wash my hands clean of the whole situation when it doesn't arrive safely? Aquacomputers has to hold some sort of accountability for this mess. Honestly, I'm sure if it was lost in transit, all it would take is Aquacomputers to threaten to use someone other than DHL from here on out if DHL was unable to sort this out in a timely manner. One phone call from Aquacomputers to DHL probably could have saved all the headaches you've been having to go through, but of course, that would be too much to ask, regardless if they are spending $1000 apparently.

Daily update. It's been:

68 days since I paid for these products
37 days since they were shipped

Still have not received products....neither DHL nor Aqua can tell me where they are. AquaComputer is refusing my request to either resend the items or refund my money. The only solution being offered is to wait longer. They say if DHL will confirm that they lost the package, then my money will be refunded, and that it will take up to two more months for that to happen. DHL's normal service time is 6 days. Do you think it might be lost? rolleyes.gif

I paid through PayPal, but had the money funded through my credit card with Bank of America.

PayPal Status -- I have filed a dispute, and escalated it to a claim. PayPal has contacted AquaComputer, who responded by providing the DHL shipment tracking page showing that they sent the package. That seems to be AquaComputer's story....they sent it, so its not their problem. The same DHL tracking also shows that it has never been scanned in America, only Germany, and there have been no updates to the tracking for a month. Waiting on PayPal for the next step.

Credit Card Status -- I have filed a dispute with Bank of America for the $1,200 in transactions with AquaComputer, indicating that all of the AquaComputer charges were for items that have not been received, and that seller is unwilling to refund my money or resend the shipment. BofA opened up a claim immediately and said they would contact the merchant. They were unclear as to whether this would be PayPal or AquaComputer. Waiting on BofA for the next step.

I say you keep this thread going indefinitely if you don't get what you ordered...that way, after some time, it will be one of the first things that pops up when you type AquaComputers into Google. Bump it every 24 hours so it stays relevant for a very long time.

well i hate DHL now they were supposed to deliver on tuesday made sure someone was home sais attempt failed.. they never even tried. Then i called them they refused to try again that day fine ok tm.. it never got put on the truck wed or thursday. so i called them alot and kept complaining about it. Finally its on the truck for delivery. Now whiether the guy actually knocks ont eh door is a hit or miss though
