If you will, tell me if they ended up scanning it at every stop along the way. Thanks.

Actually now that you mention that... at work we ship lots and lots and even more stuff via DHL and some a small amount of packages miss a tracking step or two. Last week I ordered some battery which shipped via german DPD and that only had the first tracking step updated until delivery. UPS was pretty good so far but I don't deal with them that often. over here those DHL guys are actually pretty reliable. What's bothering me more is shipping via Hermes logistics here.. mostly though because I'm bored and waiting for a new lens which DHL would've already delivered cause they come by earlier. The Hermes guys are due in a few hours. redface.gif
But still, if it was in transit it should've ended up somewhere by now don't you think?

Daily update. It's been:

73 days since I paid for these products
42 days since they were shipped

This will be my final update until there is some status change.

Still have not received products from AquaComputer....neither DHL nor AquaComputer can tell me where they are. AquaComputer is refusing my request to refund my money unless DHL will confirm that they lost the package, and that it will take up to two more months for that to happen. DHL's normal service time is 6 days. I find it ridiculous to assert that the package is not lost after 42 days and it has not been scanned since if left Germany. Silly.

Aqua would not refund my charges. I opened a PayPay claim that is still being worked. But since my Visa was used to fund PayPal, the bank (BofA) was willing to reverse the charges immediately, and I received a letter yesterday from BofA that stated that they consider the matter closed....but also mentioned that the merchant still could dispute the reversal. So...I think I have my money back....unless AquaComputer has the gall and nerve to fight the reversal. Wish they could have just handled it civilly with me directly instead of forcing my hand and making me go get the bank to reverse this.

Anyway...the take-away from my experience for everyone should be this. If you want AquaComputer products....do not order from them directly. Try Aquatuning instead. If you decide to risk it and order from AquaComputer directly, you need to pay via credit card.

If anything happens to change the status, I'll update the thread. Thanks for tolerating me guys! thumbsupsmiley.png

I don't think I will be buying from aquacomputer at all from any vendor given the contents in this thread. Really glad you got your money back though. thumb.gif

I dont even now why smaller companies put up with this crap. Just use ups or FedEx something that's reliable.

That would be quite silly. I agree it is a bad situation, but nothing like the EK fiasco.
