My AquaComputer Experience - Page 23

AC just can't handle the demand during busy times. It's a hard decision to keep everything in house with delays or let everything be made in China and then have customers complain about quality.
I don't mind so much to wait a month for equipment that surpasses all the rest and you'll enjoy for years. But during the waiting you want to go to them and hold them at gunpoint until they finished your stuff.

Just finished reading the entire thread and HAD to setup an account in order to reply...
CPAChris, thank you for your tenacity and dedication in letting me (and everyone else) know about Aqua Computer and DHL! thumb.gif

I Agree with most that DHL has problems but that does not excuse the lack of interest, support, responsiveness, or responsibility from a company that has taken any of your money, let alone $1000! A good company would have hounded down DHL/Customs and when they got the response that you got, would have sent product again along with return shipping labels.

I was very interested in AC's products until reading this and now they will not be getting any of my money! I'm planning a complete WC build and will find another company to support. However, if Aqua Computer was the only water cooling company in business, I'd stick to air cooling.

For those of you that think the responsibility lies solely with the delivery company and not the manufacturer, think of this scenario: Instead of having ordered computer parts, you ordered a pizza to be delivered. You paid for it online and even left a tip online (at least I do) prior to delivery... 30 minutes goes by - no pizza. 1 hour goes by - no pizza. You call the pizza place and they say "we made the pizza...we sent the pizza to you...the delivery guy is on his way" 1 week later - no pizza. 2 weeks later - no pizza. 1 Month Later - No Pizza! 2 MONTHS LATER - NO PIZZA! And all the while you've been politely calling the pizza place trying to get your pizza or your money back and still the pizza place is saying "we made the pizza...we sent the pizza...we're not giving you a refund until you verify that the delivery guy has lost the pizza...we're also not going to send you another pizza"

My point is: Don't order pizza from Aqua Computer! Well, you get the point...

Thank you again CPAChris and everyone else who contributed to this thread,

You are quite welcome ElevenGauge. But don't take my rant as being against their products. I'm using...and love....their products. But I will never buy directly from Aquacomputer again. Their response to the shipments that never came was extremely frustrating. Buy from Aquatuning, or FrozenCPU. You'll get it fast and their customer service is excellent.
