Chris, you are far more patient than I am. I would've already been threatening both Aqua and DHL plus I would've already called the ccc to get my money back. It seems like Shoggy is doing almost nothing to fix the problem. Just remember: the squeaky wheel gets the grease!!!! Hope you get your package or your money back.

Daily update. It's been:

63 days since I paid for these products
32 days since they were shipped

Still have not received products....neither DHL nor Aqua can tell me where they are. AquaComputer is refusing my request to either resend the items or refund my money. The only solution being offered is to wait longer. I've given Aqua a deadline of Monday end of day, and after that, I'll be disputing the transaction through PayPay and Visa. I've also gone ahead re-ordered most of the items through AquaTuning. We'll see if they offer a little better customer service than AquaComputer does. I've let AquaComputer know that I'll be refusing the package even if they eventually find it.

I also was disappointed by the service with Aqua

I wanted some blocks for 2 GTX480's and wrote to them to see if they were in stock as the 580 was out at the time.
They wrote back saying no problem to fill the order, so I sent a lot of money to the other side of the world.
I waited for nearly 2 months, in the end I got some of the money back but lost a lot as it was my first online purchase and I did the money by bank transfer and got hit by fees badley

I still covet there stuff but would not deal with the company directly ever again.
Best CPU block I own, just wish I could get spares for it as needed.

If AquaComputer gets enough complaints via PayPal and CCC, PayPal will not recommend AquaComputer as a reputable place to do business.

Thats just pathetic! I read through most of every post in this thread and thats just crooked. Dont give them slack. Dispute this with your CC company and wreck their credibility.

I mean if their stance is "Well, we have your money. we sent it. We dont care where it is. And we will not actually make sure you get it. ever. Or refund your money. Good Day."
Then they really deserve it.

DHL is in the same boat. they should be shut down, as this apparently is happening to a LOT of people all over, And if enough people get fed up with it. Heck, file a class action lawsuit.
Theres patience. But this much is rediculous. Period. No company should be allowed to do this to people, especially when their spending 1000+ on their product. Thats not something to mess around with.

I had previously sent Aqua a deadline of end of day today, to agree to return my money, before I went to Visa and Paypal with my complaints. The response I got from Shoggy was that he had "talked to both CEO's, and it stays as it is". Not sure what these guys are thinking. I guess they believe I'm so far away that they don't need to worry about me. They will regret that decision.

Will be contacting Visa and Paypal today. Will probably start a similar thread in about 10 other forums I participate in. If you've had a negative experience with Aquacomputer customer service and/or shipping, I would encourage you to post it here. Forum members need to be aware of the risks that exist when dealing with Aquacomputer directly. Thank you for all the experiences shared so far. I'm not bad mouthing their products.....yet. I haven't used them. Using them requires the products to actually be delivered.

gl man i would say start withpay pal. most of there buss is online and payed through paypal so that would hurt them the most.

Next e-mail I would send a link here. Then maybe the CEO's would see it in a different light.
DHL will be the eventual loser here on cost...but you are right in getting the dispute going,you have been MORE then patient.

Great minds think alike. But....so do dumb ones. We can figure out later what we are. I started a daily email this morning where I'm copying all of the names I could find on the Aquacomputer site. For some, I have to guess at the email, but as long as it follows the firstname.lastname syntax of those I could find, everyone should get a copy. The email contains a gentle reminder of the # of days its been since they accepted my $1,000 + in payment for items I still have not received. Nothing bounced yet.
