EK waterblock problem

So here is the message they sent me

They are denying that there product is faulty???
I just want a non nickel replacement waterblock
What should i do sugestions?

I am in the same boat with my 6950's blocks, i just cleaned it up the best I could and will use them until I upgrade to a 670/7950. I am done with Anything EK after this...

Is this thing brand new and looking like that? Also simply give them a call. Make sure you write down who you're talking to and also the biggest thing is to not lose your temper. Just try to be reasonable because as soon as you get pissed off progress will come to a halt and they will be far less inclined to help you. Passive aggressive isn't very good either. haha.

no this block is about 8 months old
Im not good at biting my tounge but i will try calling them
