i5 2500k and ASUS P8H77-V decent for the price?

So im still new to custom building, but i think i've got some decent stuff. i would like to get these 3 things and an ssd. Am i being dumb just because the processor is a big thing, or is it a good deal?

Especially if you get the 2500k. AFAIK H77 is not able to overclock which defeats the purpose of getting an unlocked processor. The overclockable 1155 chipsets are Z68 Z77 and P68. If you need onboard graphics go Z77 or Z68

And yes H77 doesn't OC.

I need a motherboard that will give me 2 pci express x16, at least 1 x1, and some x4 i believe for a soundcard im going to get.
